EXTRA CHARGES, CONDITIONS AND DEPOSITS
Stay  tax: 1,5 EUR per person per day
Reservation deposit: see Conditions/Article 1.
Deposit required at spot: 300 EUR and one signed credit card slip additionally see Conditions/Article 5.
Pet allowance: one pet is allowed in this property

CONDITIONS

1. Booking and payment options

Bookings can be made by phone, fax or through this web site. You will receive a written confirmation and payment instructions. Within seven days of receipt the booking confirmation a deposit of 30% must be paid, and full payment made two weeks prior to start date. The reservation will be considered binding upon receipt of the deposit. The booking will be cancelled if deposit payment has not been received within seven days and full payment has not been received two weeks prior to start date.
If the booking takes place within 29 days to the start date then payment must be made immediately for the reservation to be confirmed.
Payment should be done by bank wire if not negotiated differently. All bank cost should be covered by the guest.

Cancellation fee of 30% of the arrangement applies for all cancellations within 29 days to the start date.
Cancellation fee of 100% of the arrangement applies for all cancellations within 7 days to the start date.

2. Services and Prices

The listed prices are on day and weekly basis relating to periods indicated in the prices column.
The minimum stay period in the peak season is 7 days with arrival and departure on Saturday. During the low season, in most accommodations, length of stay can be shorter, and there are no particular conditions.
Stays which coincide with both peak and low season will be calculated on a day basis for each respective period. Gas, electricity and internet costs are included in the rental price. Stay taxes will be calculated in arrangement cost. Any extra services like daily or weekly cleaning, extra linen change etc. are payable on site. All phone and pay TV costs will be charged separately.
The supply of water, gas and electricity can be subject to interruption. In these cases, and for adverse weather conditions, owner cannot be held responsible.

3. Changes to Prices and Services

The apartment description and prices have been prepared with great care, however they can be subject to change, which will be communicated on booking and confirmation.
Up to 29 days before the starting date the rental price can be subject to changes due to increases, introduction of new taxes or exchange rates fluctuations.

4. Departures, arrivals and stays cut or extended

The guests are suggested to arrive between 16.00 and 19.00, and should depart by 10.00. If you are unable to arrive within this time period, contact immediately the owner on the number shown on this web site, who can then, at his/her discretion, arrange another appointment.
No refund will be made if the guest is unable to occupy the apartment on the correct day or time due to travel difficulties, strikes or personal reasons. The same applies in the case of early departures.
To extend a stay, contact the owner in good time.

5. Tenants Obligations

On receipt of the keys the tenant must leave with the owner a deposit of at least 300 Euros (or equal amount in another currency) in cash and a signed slip of valid credit card. The owner has the right not to hand over the keys if this is not done. The apartment shall be occupied solely by the number of people mentioned in the reservation confirmation. The owner may forbid entry to outside people who are not mentioned in the reservation confirmation.
The tenant will occupy the apartment respecting all the rules of the good neighbour.
The cleaning of kitchen utensils and materials must be done by the client, as it is not included in the departure cleaning.
On departure, your deposit will be given back in full, on condition that there isn't any damage in the apartment.
